Refund Policy for Single-Session Classes

We appreciate your interest in our class and understand that sometimes plans change. Due to the small cohort size, our refund policy is as follows: 

1. Full Refund with Advance Notice  

•  A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled class date.  

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and confirm your cancellation request. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

2. No Refund for Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before Class  

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the class date.

We appreciate the Intro Workshop and understand that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:  

1. Full Refund with Advance Notice  

• A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled class date.  

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and confirm your cancellation request. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

2. No Refund for Cancellations Less Than 48Hrs Before Class  

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class date.

Refund Policy for Multi-Session Classes

We value your commitment to our multi-session classes and strive to maintain a fair policy while accommodating our small class sizes. Please review our refund terms below:  

1. Full Refund with Advance Notice  

• A full refund will be provided if you cancel at least 14 days before the start of the first class.  

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and confirm your cancellation request. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
  

2. No Refund for No-Shows or Late Cancellations  

• If you cancel less than 14 days before the first class or do not attend, refunds are not available.
